PostHeaderIcon What is the best acne treatment for your back?

I have struggled with back acne for a long time, and it is embarrassing to wear swimsuits and tank tops. I have heard of Murad acne spray, but I’m not sure if it works. What treatments/washes/sprays are the most effective?

Most acne that occurs from your chin and downward is mostly due to an imbalance of hormones and poor diet. Most topical creams and cleansers will not work. acne starts from within so you have to treat from the inside. Drink *lots* of water (with fresh lemon wedges…helps cleanse the liver) do not eat a lot of refine sugars and dairy…if you like your dairy…switch to organic…no hormones added in the dairy…which regular dairy has a lot of estrogen [same with chicken] ) So look for more into the organic foods….all those additives, pesticides and chemicals that you ingest does havoc on your skin. And when you cleanse your skin…use a mild soap…not any of those harsh acne fighting soaps…you are just irritating the skin with all of those chemicals as well. Sensitive skin needs a mild cleanser. Also make sure your bed sheets and pillow cases are changed on a regular basis as well. These are just a few pointers I have…don’t have time to go through everything…it is a long battle but you will get there…good luck…I know what you are going through :(

PostHeaderIcon how do I get rid of acne on my shoulders or back?

I have acne on my shoulders and back but it comes and gose BUT I WANT IT GONE .. please help I need some tips or someething ?

If you are using conditioner on your hair, make sure you rinse WELL!
I cannot emphasize this enough. Keep your hair in a pony tail, and always wear fresh shirt every day, not what you wore the day before…or even change shirts 1/2 way throught the day. Make sure your bed-sheets and pillow cases are laundered regularly (at least once per week) and if you are leaning on a couch or chair, vacuum these once per month. Believe me, household cleanliness affects you.

Eat lots of protein and cut back on potatoes and other starchy foods. Eats lots of green leafy vegetables and get lots of sun. (vitamin D is GOOD for the skin)

Drink plenty of water, and when you wash, lather well, and rinse well until your skin feels clean (not rubbery) If possible, get someone to wash your back and shoulders for you. Sometimes the middle of the back between your shoulders is hard to reach..
