How Can I Rid Acne From My Face Forever?
I’m 19 and have been using Pro Active, you know the stuff from the tv with Vanessa Williams hosting. It worked good when I first tried it. Gets rid of anything within a few days but I can’t clear up my chin, even if I get rid of all the main pimples, I’m always left with redness where they were that will not go away.
First, I understand where you’re coming from. I grew up with really bad acne, not only on my face but on my body as well. It was embarrassing and I tried everything including cleansers, creams, prescription medications, antibiotics, over the counter medications, and even shots from the dermatologist (ouch!) to get rid of it. I never did until many years later when it didn’t matter as much.

Here’s what I found out after lots of research and trial and error, the hard way.
It’s not a topical issue, it doesn’t help much to treat it from the outside, it’s an inside job. When you treat it from the outside it’s like treating the symptoms, not the cause. You’ll hear from many people that’s not the case, and it’s usually because they want you to buy their creams or lotions, and keep buying them month after month after month (or they haven’t experienced the truth). Of course, when you stop using it (as you’ve experienced) your blemishes come back… because you’re not treating the cause. And the costs for all of these routines/drugs add up month after month.
If you think about it logically, it makes sense. Why do we get rashes, breakouts, or other skin irritations? It’s usually because of something we ate, something that wasn’t meant to be put on our skin, something that caused us stress and our body reacts to all those things.
Bottom line is that most every cause of acne is related to what you eat, how you feel and how you take care of yourself. Your skin is a reflection of what’s on the inside. We have lots of toxins building up in our systems and they have to be cleaned out on the inside and that will reflect on the outside. The blemishes, rashes, acne, etc are indications that your body is reacting to what you’re eating, to stress, toxins, chemicals, hormones… literally a great number of things.
Basically what I did in a nutshell was clean out my system by taking out the processed and junk foods, and added as much fresh fruits and vegetables to my diet as possible. This part is key. I also started drinking a lot of water daily, starting with 3 or 4 glasses when I wake up (adding a squeeze of fresh lemon at times). I also got more active every day, walking, running, sports, jumping, whatever, just getting active. It not only gave me more energy, it help flush out the toxins that were clogging up my system.
Did you know 90% of acne is caused by 3 major factors? Find out exactly what
they are and how easily it is to solve them here http://topsecretacnevolution.blogspot.com/.
I get deep spots/cysts/acne in relation to how much milk i have.?
When i have milk (even small amounts) i always come out with paintful spots (usually deep) a few days to a week later. The severity and number of spots depends directly on how much milk i have.
I go through periods of avoiding all milk (which if you look at ingredients of food products nowadays is very difficult!) and my skin completely clears up.
I discovered the connection several years ago but despite searches i’ve never found any posts online of similar cases. Does anyone else have this? Any ways on avoiding it? The acne can get really bad and i don’t want to be avoiding milk all my life!
I believe that you may have a condition called Hidradenitis Supprativa. It is a condition of re-occurring boils/ cysts/abscesses , that are often misdiagnosed as ingrown hairs, herpes, being unclean and folliculitis. This is a newly diagnosed skin condition , but there is a lot of info out there.
Here is a link :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hidradeniti…
If this sounds like it might be you, READ it, PRINT it out, and TAKE it to your DOC.
Its better to try to start treatment soon, it can spread over the body if left untreated. These boils can become quite large and painful. Sometimes even lasting for weeks or months , do not attempt to POP them they can then tunnel under your skin and spread all over the body. Most common areas are armpits, groin, binkni line, inner legs, and intimate places and basically anywhere that sweats and rub against clothing. Stress is a big inducer.
There is some support groups at MSN

and yahoo, and I am open for questions!
I have had this for 8 years, I was misdiagnosed for a LONG time, It was very embarrassing, painful and scary. I am just trying to help out so you don’t have to wait as long as I did.
ALso google a site called something like HEaling HS with God given Nutirents.. theres an area in there about foods, meat and milk and how and WHY it disrupts ur skin… It was something like cow milk is for baby cows.. not humans… sometimes people are allregic or cannot process the enzymes and antiboitics in the cows milk…. in a human body… It suggestes to drink SOY>
Is Neosporin good to cure acne and acne scars?
Does Neosporin cure acne ???
Does Neosporin cure acne scars
If so how long does it take plase hlp
I think it depends on what exactly you are talking about. If it is regular acne, then no I don’t think it will. But my daughter has some type of infection that she gets from time to time around her nose and upperlip that looks very much like acne. We tried all the acne treatments out there and it didn’t help, so we took her to a dermatologist. He said it was the infection (can’t remember the name, it was one of those long ones) and that it probably would come back from time to time until her body builds up a resistence. He gave us a cream to use (again, don’t remember the name), but we used it up and moved between outbreaks. She just started getting one and I thought I would try Neosporin on it and it seems to be helping, but it has only been two days, so I couldn’t tell you that it is going to clear it up the whole way, but it is helping it. So it depends on whether you have a type of infection like this or if it is plain old acne. I would say to try it for a couple of days and see if there is a difference. It isn’t like you are going to be hurt by a little Neosporin for a few days.
If I used regular scar removing cream on the acne scars on my face would it work to remove them?
I’ve recently gotten my breakouts to stop, making my acne scars more visible. I can mostly cover them up with makeup but i’d rather just get rid of the scars. So if I used regular scar removing cream (like the stuff you can get at a drug store) would it help to remove (or lighten) my scars?
By the way I used tree oil mixed with witch hazel, it got rid of my breakouts within a few days.
I think they could help but I also think there is a difference in a scar from a surgry on your knee and an acne scar.
If you already haven’t bought or already have some scar removing cream instead I would recommend getting the Zenmed scar kit. Its formulated specificaly for Acne scars and also I love that its all natural.

Also it doesn’t hurt that they give you a 60 day money back guarantee
Also have you tried some home remedies? In most cases depending on your personal situation they also might help reduce the redness.
