Do You Think If They Found a Cure for Acne They Would Reveal It?

Since it is a billion dollar industry, do you think they would try to avoid the possible "truth" behind acne instead of more complications?

Ah a man after my own heart. The acne industry has a heavy investment in avoiding acne cures, so they just make products that force people to keep buying over and over again. But there’s a little secret I try to tell everyone.

Acne is 100% curable. The cure lies in the fact that acne is a problem inside of the body, not an external one. It is also heavily connected to diet. Funny how all the "experts" flat out deny any connection between diet and acne, but here’s some info.

The most "thorough" study done by derms regarding diet and acne was in 1970 and lasted 1 entire week. During that week subjects were given several different foods like chocolate and coffee. At the end, no one had any new outbreaks, so they said "Voila! No connection!" It boggles my mind how this "study" claimed this after only 1 week.

Now fast forward to 1988ish-2002ish. Several studies were conducted on Kitavans, Ache, and Inuit people. All three groups ate nothing but natural food items; anything they could grow or catch only. There were no supermarkets or processed foods involved. Not a single person had acne.

Now fast forward a bit, similar studies were again conducted on the Inuit as they progressed into a more western style diet, including white bread and the like.

Guess what?

Acne. Where they never had a single outbreak before in their lives, they now had acne. I’m not a scientist, but that’s a pretty powerful suggestion between diet and acne.

But that’s not all!

Another study was done on Brazilians who are mostly seafood, fruit and vegetables. Again, no acne. These Brazilians came to the US for further study and began to eat our diet.

Guess what?

More acne! Is it coincidence that Mato Grosso Do Sul, Brazil never had issues with acne until 2004, which just so happens to be the same year that KFC and countless fast-food chains opened their door for business? In Mato Grosso the cases of acne have been doubling each year since then.

Now don’t let me mislead you. Acne isn’t 100% a diet problem. However it does play a large part in getting clear skin. I still go out for happy hours and still eat at restaurants, but I still have clear skin. I don’t pat dry my skin after a shower, I don’t moisturize every day and night and I certainly don’t use any stupid expensive chemicals on my face….but I *still* have clear skin.

All this after over 10 years of acne. Acne is curable and I hope you help spread the message

PostHeaderIcon How do I get rid of my acne?

I have A LOT of acne on my fore head and nose, and I want to get rid of it! What’s the best product for getting rid of it?

I’ve been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it’s at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I’m 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I’ve ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It’s unique cause of it’s herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn’t work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.

PostHeaderIcon If I used regular scar removing cream on the acne scars on my face would it work to remove them?

I’ve recently gotten my breakouts to stop, making my acne scars more visible. I can mostly cover them up with makeup but i’d rather just get rid of the scars. So if I used regular scar removing cream (like the stuff you can get at a drug store) would it help to remove (or lighten) my scars?

By the way I used tree oil mixed with witch hazel, it got rid of my breakouts within a few days.

I think they could help but I also think there is a difference in a scar from a surgry on your knee and an acne scar.

If you already haven’t bought or already have some scar removing cream instead I would recommend getting the Zenmed scar kit. Its formulated specificaly for Acne scars and also I love that its all natural.

Also it doesn’t hurt that they give you a 60 day money back guarantee :)

Also have you tried some home remedies? In most cases depending on your personal situation they also might help reduce the redness.

You could try some from:

PostHeaderIcon Does anyone know of good acne treatment products?

I’ve tried every acne treatment you could ever imagine. I’ve tried Retin-A, Topical Washes, Creams, Oral Anti-Bacterial pills, Topical Anti-Bacterial Gel, Ortho tricyclen (birth control that is suppose to help clear up acne), Pro Active Solution, Over the counter products, etc…

Nothing has worked! Does anyone know of something that does work?

Thanks!

You should try Murad. I always tell people it’s a better alternative to ProActive which is a waste a money and just does not work for everyone. Murad worked very well for me and wasn’t too harsh on my skin.

PostHeaderIcon How should I care for my skin?

I’m 29 and I read that women in their 20’s should start to use anti-aging products on their faces. What are some good skin care products to use on my face to keep it looking young?

Wash your face every night to remove make-up, dirt, etc. then apply night cream. During the day, be sure to use a lotion with at least an SPF 15 and an eye cream and don’t go too heavy on the make-up. Neutrogena, Olay and Avon have nice and well priced skin care lines for all ages and skin types. Sample a few until you find one that best suits you.
