PostHeaderIcon Acne/skin care while pregnant?

Hi. Do you all know of anything I use to combat acne while pregnant? I would prefer something that doesn’t need a prescription. I had bad acne before, and it just seems worse now. I was using Differin (prescription), but it’s bad for the baby so I was told to stop.

Thanks!

So, there’s nothing simple that can be bought at Walgreens that I can use?

Try Cedaphil face wash. It is hypoallergenic. this is what I was told by my doctor to use.
My skin is typically oily, but since becoming pregnant, it got really sensitive and dry. Cedaphil actually dried my face out so I have to use a moisturizer too. Hopefully this will help for you!
BTW - you can get this at any walgreens, walmart, target, etc.

PostHeaderIcon Skin care for acne/oily skin!? ?

I was wondering about my skin and the best advice to take care of it.

I have used every single product under the sun from dermalogica, to pro active (allergic) to over the counter washes like clearisil or purpose. NOTHING has seemed to help my skin. I went to a dermatologist and he perscribed me 2 topical creams (benzoyl peroxide, tazarec) and 1 oral pill (doxycycline). It seemed to help for the first few months, but now acne is sprouting again. I have no idea if I am immuned to it- or need to use is more then perscribed.

I went into Aveda to test their products, and I really liked how my skin felt afterwards. Plus their products are all natural and plant based. I just want to be sure that the product is good before I invest money into it. I have never had an issue investing money into my face (it means a lot to me to have clear skin) but it is a pretty penny.

What do you guys think??

Do what ever you have to do to keep your face clean
